Taking 3 dogs into Australia

Hi
I will be going to Australia for my honeymoon in August and we are considering moving there for at least a year. My only concern is that I have 3 puppys and I would like to have some information on the quarantine regulations involved. We presently live in Gibraltar and we do not have an Australia Embassy which I could ask about this.

I would greatly appreciate some information on this, as it is the only issue holding us back.
