Yeah, I've done this
It will cost you about $1,000.00 on a tight budget but still could afford a hotel here and there. Motels are always under $100.00/day and often $50.00 or less per day. Gas and fast food are your only real expenses. The drive can last 5 days if you hurry along. I did it in 3 days alone driving like a robot ...but that's another story.
