my husband and i are planning a trip to mexico in January 2004 with our son who will be 2 1/2 years old. we are seeking advice about what cities would be best for travel with a small child. although we are australian i speak some spanish and alot of portuguese. we really want our son to see "mexico" (not american resorts transplanted in mexico) and for him to hear and hopefully learn some spanish too (and for mine to improve). any advice would be appreciated. If it helps we loved Parati, Florianopolis, Curitiba and Salvador in Brasil and also Easter Island. thanks
