Decameron Costa Blacha - Casino? Golf? Spa?

Thinking of going to Panama in April and was wondering if the Casino is opended as of yet? As well did anyone notice golf nearby? Was there massage and other spas services available at the resort? Any info would be great...Thanks Tom

I did not go into the casino but it looked small. It is directly across the street from Lobby number 2.
They did not seem to push any "spa" stuff at the hotel.
