Decameron Theme Song??

I recently visited the Royal Decameron in Panama. Does anyone know the name/artist of their theme song. It went something like "ragga ragga ragga".

It is actually called Ragga Ragga. It is by Red Plastic Bag and came out in 1994. Just got back from Decameron on October 15th and brought the CD of the resort music home with me.
