Decameron Panama Diving - boogie boarding

Does anyone have any info on diving in the area?
Also, does the place have boogie boards?
My kids can stay on them all day.

We are off in 3 weeks!

They didn't seem to have boogie-boards there. They have wind-surfers, but the ones trying them seemed to have trouble with them. Also small sail boats (Sunfish?) - same problem - difficulty getting back in! I'm not sure about diving in the ocean, but they gave diving lessons in the pool.
