Hi everyone,:)

I'm in the process of booking one of my "dream trips" as I like to call them. I'm headed to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia (3 weeks total) in December of this year.;)

I do have some questions that I'm hoping some fellow travellers can help me with.:)

Timelines - Does anyone have recommendations of how many days in each country? As of now, I'm thinking a week in each, but I'm wondering if that's the best way to go. Also, the order of the trip...I was planning on using Bangkok as my "base" (Stay in Princeton Park Suites), but going to Vietnam (Hanoi, HCMC), Cambodia (Siem Reap, PP) and then spending the last part in Thailand (Bangkok, Chaing Mai, Phuket). Any advice here?:p

There will be 2 of us (both females, low 30's) so any advice on some fun things to do/see would be great!

Many thanks in advance!

I would not try and do too many places as you would be very rushed. Perhaps a few days in Bangkok, then Siem reap for Angkor Wat, fly to HCMC, up to Hanoi and then back to Bangkok.
You can then fly to Chiang Mai, down to Phuket and back to Bangkok. Note there is only one flight per day non stop between Chiang Mai and Phuket and that is Thai Airways. You can check Air Asia for cheap fares hanoi to Bangkok.
For Thailand try Where to Go in Thailand (http://www.beachsiam.com/where_to_go.html)for ideas on places and getting around. For Asia in general try Nongasia Asia (http://www.nongasia.com/)that has nice places in Angkor and Viettnam.
