we're in the early planning stages for a big adventure this summer, either nepal, thailand, or bali (or any/all combined). any suggestions/cautions in traveling with a two year old? mostly worried about safety factors, especially health-related (fortunately, our boy has never had health concerns, but i'm wondering about malaria, etc). also, how difficult is travel (such as public transport) from place to place? i know we'll be carrying more "stuff" (diapers etc); is this prohibitive?
