While visiting on a class trip we had an unfortunate incident where a rather aggressive staff member decided to yell at a small group of 7 yearold girls, bringing several to tears. He did not realize that their parents were less than 10 feet behind them, but out of his view. When a complaint was registered with the Presdient and CEO of the garden, we were told that we just weren't watching our children and that his staff had the right to yell at children if they stepped onto the dirt.
Imagine yelling at kids who stepped in dirt in a children's garden! Imagine anyone thinking that they (or their staff) have the right to yell at someone else's child!
If you go there - be careful!
