We are driving across the country with two of our grandchildren, ages 5 and 7, while their parents are whitewater rafting. We are meeting our son and daughter-in-law in Vegas delivering their children. We are planning to take eight or nine days to go from Connecticut to Vegas and want this to be totally geared for the children. We are not looking for amusement parks but a water park here or there would be fine. We're hoping for a few (or couple) of days around or at the Grand Canyon. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
