want to camp (tent) on FL panhandle beaches

We are hoping to tent camp on the beach in Florida during 4th of July weekend. Looking for some rec's and approx rates to expect. We want to stay in the panhandle area no further east than Panama city or so. As close to the beach as possible!

Any hints?

Panama city has a lot of camping areas one is near Thomas Drive,and I think 1 is also on the main strip.Try going to "Google" and punching up Campground in Panama city beach,then clicking on the proper links.
