Priceline and Hotwire Hotels

I have seen many requests on various message boards for "what hotel might Hotwire be offering in this city if the amenities are _____." OR "what hotel am I likely to get if bidding in XYZ city"

As a result, I have started a database of Priceline and Hotwire hotels, so as the database grows there will be one place to compare amenities, star ratings, and prices. Having this info in one place will make it easier to narrow down the choices and make an educated guess as to what hotels they may be offering.

I would encourage everyone who uses Priceline and/or Hotwire to post their results so we all will have lots of experiences of others to peruse when booking our own hotel rooms and be able to bid more intelligently on Priceline and find out which hotels Hotwire is using.

I have used Hotwire several times for hotels in the Metarie arera of the New Orleans metro area. It has always been the Doubletree, and $45 for weekend nights. I believe it was rated as four stars.
It is an outstanding value. It is right on Lake Ponchattrain, and several times we have had a waterview room just by asking. The rooms are nice and large, and I would compare it to a Hilton or Sheraton. Only 15 minutes from the airport.

I booked a hotel by the airport in Toronto for about $48US and it's the Sheraton. It's the only one connected to the international terminal, making it very convenient.

I've booked Honolulu several times. I have received the same hotel every single time. It is the Hawaii Prince. It is a 4 star hotel, located on the harbor, only a short walk to the main area of Waikiki. I like the location, every room has a view, and we paid $ 85.00 -$95.00 per night.
