Looking for Budget hotels in Venice, Florence, and Rome. Help!

My girl friend and I are going to Italy on Feb 15th for 12 days. Our itinerary is quite typical; We will stay in Venice for 3 nights, Florence for 3 nights, then spend 2 nights in Naples, and then back to Rome for the last three days. Does any of you expirenced travellers know the budget hotels to stay? Thank you.

When we went to Rome we stayed at Hotel Miami. I don't recall the exact price but it was very reasonable for our family. Hope that helps.
