To all travelers: be aware if you plan to book online. Most online travel agencies have a very poor customer support (this is not a crime) but some of them are actively cheating customers. Personally I had a really bad experience using EXPEDIA. EXPEDIA lied, cheated and tried to keep money from my credit card. I decided to run a website to alert as many people as I can about my case (http://www.victimsofexpedia.com). Other travel agencies seem to be the same: Just search about "complaints + NAME of the COMPANY" in any search engine and you will read thousands of horribles stories.
