Hello Travellers! I have a fully-furnished and self-contained 2-bedroom house in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, that is available for short-term lease this summer. It is located in Chaplain Avenue, Manunda, which is about 5km (40 min walk) from the heart of the city, and 2.5km (20 min walk) from the Cairns Esplanade. With the city bus route at the end of the street, the location is perfect!
The house will comfortably sleep 4 people, with a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, and a double bed in the second room. Perfect for small families, couples, or travellers with dogs, the house is set on an 800 square metre property that is fully fenced. The price includes linen, towels, kitchenware, and all utilities except for telephone.
Currently available: 26th November, 2005 to 5th January, 2006
Cost: $350 per week (cash or cheque payment required in full upon arrival)
