Bahia Resort in San Diego

Does anyone have personal experience at the Bahia Resort? We're staying there next month and would like a personal review.

Hi,
My ex husband and I stayed at the Bahia hotel in San Diego frequently though it has been more than ten years ago. Sorry to say I can't vouch for the current state of the hotel. As to what it was like when we last visited...I always thought it was a nice hotel. It is an older hotel, but clean with good service. The best thing about the hotel was it's proximity to the beach, restaurants, the bay area, sea world and also the roller coaster park area if it's still located in the area. Everything was within reasonable walking distance. The beach was less than a five minute walk to be standing in the water. Parking is crazy and plenty of traffic. Which is why we preferred staying at the bahia and renting bikes or walking everywhere. It's very common in the area to see everyone walking or at least it used to be. Hope this helps some. Christine
