Flexible Travel Policy Placed in Effect
ORLANDO, Fla., March 19, 2003 - US Airways Vacations'® has put into effect
the "Peace of Mind" flexible vacation travel policy, as of March 19, 2003.
US Airways Vacations' "Peace of Mind" flexible vacation travel
policy allows customers to make changes to itineraries for travel
originating March 19 through June 17, 2003, without incurring standard
change fees. Travel within the U.S. or between the U.S. and Canada may be
rescheduled to originate on or before June 17, 2003. Customers scheduled to
fly to or from Europe, the Caribbean (including Puerto Rico and the U.S.
Virgin Islands), and Mexico during the 90-day flexible travel period may
reschedule travel to originate on or before Dec. 15, 2003. Among the
allowed itinerary changes are:
* Full value of the vacation can be applied to future travel within
the specified period above.
* Dates of travel can be changed within the specified period above.
* Destination city can be changed within the same specified period
above.

* Customers traveling as of March 19, 2003 can make changes to
the air portion of their vacation by contacting US Airways Vacations. Any
additional unused vacation elements will be refunded less any applicable
supplier penalties. However, US Airways Vacations' revision fees will be
waived.
*
* Through this policy, travelers will not be responsible for one-time
change fees from US Airways Vacations or US Airways. Fees required by the
traveler's hotel might vary.

* The "Peace of Mind" flexible vacation travel policy applies to
vacation reservations booked March 19 through June 17, 2003. Under the
policy, changes must be made prior to the scheduled departure or before
April 2, 2003. All rules and restrictions of the fare purchased will apply,
and customers are responsible for any difference in price.) US Airways
Vacations could extend the change and flexible travel periods, and would
communicate those dates publicly.

* In addition, if the customer chooses to re-book their
vacation for travel within the specified period above and has purchased the
Trip Cancellation Waiver with their original vacation, US Airways Vacations
will re-book the vacation guaranteeing the same price, or lower, for the
same itinerary (subject to availability, same class of service, and,
depending on new dates of travel, guaranteed price may not be applicable for
previously booked promotional packages). US Airways Vacations also will
include the Trip Cancellation Waiver with the new vacation at no additional
cost.

* If the customer did not purchase the Trip Cancellation
Waiver with their original vacation, all normal cancellation penalties
apply. If the customer wishes to rebook their vacation for travel within
the specified period above, revision fees will be waived, but the price of
the new vacation is applicable to new rates (subject to availability).

* US Airways Vacations' Trip Cancellation Waiver offers travelers the
highest level of travel protection. This waiver allows travelers to cancel
their vacation for any reason up to two hours prior to departure and receive
a full refund, excluding the cost of the waiver. The Trip Cancellation
Waiver costs are as follows:
* Domestic and Canada vacations: $49 per person.
* Caribbean, Bermuda and Latin America vacations: $69 per person.
* Europe vacations: $89 per person.
Depending on travel needs, alternative routings may be available at
the same fares with one or more flight segments on regional aircraft
operated by US Airways Express carriers Air Midwest, Allegheny, Chautauqua,
Colgan Air, Mesa, Midway, Piedmont, PSA, Shuttle America and Trans States
