Has anybody had a similair experience? I am dealing with 3 companies? This is an email I sent to Insland One.
I purchased a Navigo Explorer package for a total of $1,038.48 for a week at Ormond Beach and a 3 day cruise with Carnival. I contacted Spirit Incentives to get some prices on upgrades so I can begin to make my reservations and they are telling me my certificate is no longer valid and I cannot take this trip as I didn't mail in my coupon within 60 days of signing up for the package. I was told by the salesman I did not have to send any money till I was ready to make my reservations for the cruise and at that time it would be $200 per person port charges and taxes. At that time I could also pay for additional people. I specially purchased this MAINLY for the cruise and I cannot not believe they would not honor this. When I received my coupon I called Club Navigo as I did not have the $114.00 deposit per person at the time as we had put $300.00 down and I was on employment. My salesman had also told me my down payment and monthly deduction was my deposit. I was also told by a customer service rep I would not have to send my certificate till I was ready to make a reservation. This is fraudulent and just plain wrong for your company to do this. You are affiliated with Spirit Incentives and I expect your company to make this right by contacting them and having my coupon honored. You are the people who receive my money and your sales people are your responsibility. Please contact me and let me know who I can contact in your office to get this matter resolved. I have left a message at your 407-859-8900 # but I have not received a call back. Thank you!
