Has anyone had any experience using the convertable stroller/carseats similar to the Saftyline Sit n' Stroll?

They look very conveient for the plane ride and in airports but how are they for use once you get there? Is the stroller sturdy enough to handle heavy use? Are they easy to use? Are they worth spending the money on? I'd appreciate any input you could give me.

I USED THE STROLLER FOR MY SON FROM INFANCY TO TODDLER. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE SIT AND STROLL. IT WAS EASY TO USE. YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO WAKE CHILD UP TO TRANSFER TO STROLLER WHEN OUT OF THE CAR. IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR HIM. TWO OF MY COUSINS ALSO HAD THE SAME STROLLER AT THE SAME TIME. YOU DO GET SOME STRANGE LOOKS FROM PEOPLE. I WAS STOPPED QUITE OFTEN BY PEOPLE INTERESTED IN WHERE TO BUY ONE OR IF I LIKED IT. IT IS LIKE A BIG EASY CHAIR ON WHEELS. YOU CAN TAKE IT ON THE AIRPLANE. I HAVE ONE FOR SALE FOR $50 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. IT IS STILL IN GREAT CONDITION. THE PRICES FOR THE STROLLER RUN FROM $99 TO $189. I CAN LET YOU KNOW WHERE TO BUY A NEW ONE IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING ONE.

You can find them all over the web. Just go to google.com and do a search on "Sit N Stroll." I'm from the Chicago area also, if you want to try one out, go to The Right Start. They're all over the place, I know there's one in Oak Brook Mall.
