In July 2000 I was with my wife in this hotel and it was a very bas experience.
Before that my US friends flame me I have to say that I don't have anything against them and that I was a lot of time on holyda
Indeed all is made only for the American guests. It's an American Even if you speak Spanish

Before that my US friends flame me, I have to say that I don't have anything against them and that I was a lot of time on holydays in the US with a lot of pleasure (East Coast, West Coast, Louisiana, ...). But when I go on holydays in Mexico I like to have the Mexican feeling.

And in this hotel all is made only for the American guests. American Even if you speak spanish to the employees they answer you in english (and my wife speak Spanish fluently). At the main restaurant you find more of the dishes coming from the US cuisine than from the mexican cuisine.

For the show all is coming from the US music. You can hear even "Country music" (one of the music I like but I don't in Mexico to hear Country music) and less Mexican music (Mariachis, ...). We explain these "problems" to the manager of the show (who is french speaking like us) and he answer brutally "If you are not happy you have to change of hotel !!!".
The if you are European, South American or US don't wanting to have the same felling that home don't go there.

More, they don't respect the choice you make for the room on reservation. Endless, in July 2000 the hotel was full, noisy and we have to "fight" (or be waked early) to find a place on the small beach.
