Grenada?

We're looking for a quiet family vacation in the Caribbean, and various web site descriptions of Grenada seem very good. We're interested in any opinions of the island and comments on any specific resort, motel, villa, restaurant, etc. Has anyone been to Grenada in the past year or two and want to share your thoughts? Thanks!

I have been to Grenada in May 1998 and travelled with my husband and 15 months old son.We stayed at the Flamboyant Hotel.Overlooking the Grand Anse Beach and the St.George s harbor.The rooms were clean and they offer 1 or 2 bedroom suites excellent for families.The island itself was very charming with various options for interesting day trips.Beatiful rainforest option with private driver for reasonable rates.I would go back anytime.I really visited Grenada to learn more about the Island since I am a travel agent.I am more then happy to help you with your travel arrangements.
