My wife and I are going to this resort along with our 18 month old son. I have heard great things about our selection but would like further details on the NANNY SERVICES/ENTERTAINMENT that they provide for my 18 month old.

Get Palorie, she is a wonderful supernanny! She had it easy.. Our boys ages 3 and 17 months were "out" by 7pm, so when she got there.. she just sat in the dark. $3 an hour... wonderful person. My son, totally potty trained, was sooooo tired each night that he peed in the bed because he was exhausted and could not wake up to go potty! He and my baby had a great time.

We met some wonderful lasting friends that we will vacation with next year. There are things wrong with Boscobel, but nothing that can not be mended. I have posted an experience above that you can read if you wish... but if it is kids program info you want... than I can not praise them enough on this. When you arrive, just go into Tiney Town with your little one and play with him. My son begged to go every day. Unfortunatley, your kids will be split. If you want them to be together your older one will have to go in the tiny town. He will be bored. (0-3) and then (4-?). You should contact the property (1800 GoSuper) for a video. But, keep in mind marketing... they really make the property look good. If you have traveled to tropical destinations before and stayed at 5 star hotels.. well, you will be dissapointed. If you can go with an open mind, you will overlook all the flaws. The people were sooo warm and the food was fabu! Get your hair braided and ask that Rose Marie do it. And for your bartender...... the terrace bar.... you will adore Hensley!!!!

Good luck and good traveling!

You are about to embark on one of the best family travel vacations you could pick! We have gone to Boscobel Beach for the last 4 years and could not imagine a year without seeing all the great friends we have made there. [The employees, especially our nanny!] This is a well run resort with some of the most friendly and wonderful staff that you will ever run in to.
The childrens program is served by Supernannies and they are well trained and very loving to the children. The program runs from 9 oclock AM to 5:30 PM for free as is everything else there. It is held in a beautiful nursery, or playroom for 4-8 year olds, or funroom for 8-12. The teens have thier own teen center away for the other children. There are activities like swimming in the baby pool, etc and each small child will have their own special nanny to watch them, so it is like a group playroom but better. They will be fed and given naps in the Sleeping Beauty sleep room. All of the nannys are special.
The program closes for one hour and the children are picked up and fed dinner and then you may researve a nanny for the evening for $2.50 an hour. There is no shortage of them it seems and they will watch your little one in the nursery or your room, whatever you perfer. Or both as the rooms close at 10:00 PM. They will pick up your other children at the play rooms, the other childens programs are free until 10:00 only the nursery is a charge. After 10:00 all children are picked up by either parents or nanny and brought back to your room. The best part is that you will get the same nanny every night, she will be yours first, and then if you don't need her she could go to another family. They will always give you the same girl for the whole week if possible. Long and lasting friendships have resulted from our stay there and we can't wait to go back in October. We even went to Boscobel to see our nanny and other friends when we were in port on a cruise. Our kids would noteven think of doing anything else.
We have been returning sinse our first trip when our son was one. I am sure you will love it too. Say HI to Schoolboy and Marcia in the Piano Bar for us!
If you have any more

I have heard such various reviews on Boscobel I am a little nervous about our March trip with our 13 year old son. I'm very aware things don't run like the US in Jamaica but have always enjoyed our trips to Negril. Any suggestions on a location of our 'junior suite'?

Jeff Kintner - was just wondering how your trip went
in March? We are looking for an all inclusive
resort in the Caribbean and have 3 children (8, 15
and 17) and wondered if we'd be happy here?
Thanks for any info you can provide! you can email
me at rd3287@aol.com if that's easier.
