l am going to australia for six months and would like some advise on taking my dog(border terrier) what is the best air line, how much ,and does she have to go in quarantine once there

HI...I am planning on going to australia to live, and am taking my little pomeranian with me.

The counsulate usually requires quarantine time of six months because or rabies. but they may shorten it if rabies shots are up to date, the cost is about $1000.00 depending on the airline. You would probably want an airline that could offer you a direct flight. And if it is hot they may advise you not to travel with the dog, because of temperature extremes.
